more of that Jason Scimone loveliness, a local fisherman of many years who fishes from Bunbury to Esperance, chasing the best he can catch. Gummy shark is a softer, finer flesh, very white and milder in flavour to other shark species
pink snapper $28
these are superb fish, semi firm flesh, well handled, line caught Geraldton by Greg Dowsette, can't recommend high enough, might not see these in the New Year if Fisheries get their way
flathead $20
simply ugly, but darn tasty, Denmark flathead, great battered or panko crumbed, a very flakey semi firm fish, C.B. Smith
