Just a short note to remind all that the busiest day of the year is nearly here again, Good Friday that is. Last year was our busiest ever in 6 years, mainly due to a global pandemic, and we adjusted the way we operated for the day. The way we changed and adapted to those set of circumstances was a credit to not only those who worked on the day but to the amazing co-operation and generosity of you, our fantastic customers.

That being said, we learnt a lot of lessons in planning and time management. On the day there were no queues of waiting customers, or people waiting for what may seem forever for their orders because all were given specific 15 minute allotments of times to pick up orders. Due to how smoothly the day went we are going to repeat the whole process again. We will open at 4pm for the first collection of orders and close at approx 830 pm on the night, depending on demand.

To make it easier and faster for all we will open orders next week, with all pre-orders given preference to pick up times if paid for in full on the day you place the order. As usual there will be a reduced menu available on Good Friday. I will post the menu on Tuesday the 9th and open orders on Wednesday the 10th.

I thank you all in advance and hope that you all understand that we are trying to make it easier for everyone by implementing this strategy after the success of last year.
